  1. On Hold Promotion allowance is an annual number and is reset each calendar year. An On Hold promotion is considered to be 1 short promotion up to 20 seconds long. Changes can be made anytime. Additional recordings are available
  2. On Hold Infotainment is changed at the frequency noted above
  3. Minimum 36 months term billed annually in advance. Early Termination Charges apply and are calculated at 75% of the remaining contract Term fees.
  4. Prices are in AUD and GST exclusive
  5. Studio Productions – Includes script writing, in-house voice artists and studio production. We appreciate complete payment prior to us delivering the final audio production
  6. Instant Productions – Includes script writing, carefully selected AI voice artists and final production. We appreciate complete payment prior to us delivering the final audio production
  7. Prices are limited to a single site installation, additional sites will be billed at $10 per site per month
  8. Prices include up to 100 SMS for Text A Link, additional SMS will be billed at $0.20 per SMS
