3. What is the turnaround time for Premium Productions?
We aim to deliver the first draft of the audio within 3 to 5 working days from the final approval of the script.
4. How can I pay for the services?
For Instant Productions, payment is required before downloading the final audio production. Premium Productions require payment upon delivery of the first audio production. All term agreements require payment in advance.
5. How do I request revisions to my script or audio production?
For Instant Productions, revisions are unlimited and delivered instantly. For Premium Productions, you can request up to 3 revisions at no additional charge. To request revisions, simply contact us with your specific changes.
6. Do I own the rights to the scripts and audio productions?
Yes, all production rights belong to the end user.

All purchases are final. However, we are committed to working with you on revisions to achieve the best possible result.
