1. Introduction
Welcome to Captivate Connect. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.


2. Business Information
Captivate Connect Head Office is located in Perth, Western Australia.


3. Services
Captivate Connect provides phone system message script writing and audio production services, including:

Instant Productions: Unlimited script revisions and instant delivery.
Premium Productions: An onboarding session including script consultation with unlimited revisions, studio audio productions with up to 3 revisions at no additional charge.


4. Pricing and Payment

Instant Productions: Scripts and audio productions are free to create, with payment required before downloading the final audio production.
Premium Productions: Payment is due upon delivery of the first audio production. All term agreements require payment in advance.


5. Delivery and Revisions

Instant Productions: Available for download immediately.
Premium Productions: We aim to deliver the first draft of the audio within 3 to 5 working days from the final script approval.


6. Usage Rights
All production rights belong to the end user.


7. Refunds and Cancellations
All purchases are final. We are committed to working with you on revisions to achieve the best possible result.


8. Privacy and Confidentiality
All data held by Captivate Connect is not shared with any third parties. If you are a customer of a Captivate Connect reseller, they will have access to view, hear, and download your productions to complete the work for you.


9. Liability
Captivate Connect accepts no liability for the scripts and audio you approve. If you supply your own music or other audio files, you indemnify Captivate Connect against any incorrect use of that audio with respect to licensing and rights for use.


10. Changes to Terms
This page will always contain the latest terms of service. It is the user’s responsibility to check for updates and changes regularly.
By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us directly.
